Artist statement: Introducing: The Vertigo Project! I suffer from BPPV- Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. It’s basically an imbalance of crystals in the inner ear that affects balance. It makes me feel dizzy and nauseous every time I get up, lie down and turn from side to side. And I get terribly sick when travelling.
With this new light photography project I want to share visually what my brain (and stomach) feels like when I’m experiencing vertigo.
