Artist statement: I am a Kent based mixed media artist and have suffered from Endometriosis and Adenomyosis for a number of years. Relying on painkillers and a tough exterior to ‘continue as normal.’ My stomach is sore, always, and being claimed by the creeping tendrils of endometriosis but my heart is still free. It still belongs to me ❤️ I hope my piece conveys this.
