Artist statement:
How do you represent exhaustion?
How about pain?
Without boring everyone
Again and again
The number scales are rubbish
The theories create frown
How about a black hole
Or whirlpools pulling down
Well today I've had a go
At expressing through paint
Just how it feels
When energy is spent
It's a panic sensation
Knowing there's a crash
That there's nothing to be done
To bed I must dash
Though it's not regenerating
Rest is the remedy
No point in getting cross
I'm accepting this reality
