Artist statement: I'm an art student from Kent (UK) with long term health conditions. I made a short film about the moment I take my medication each day for 7 days and the feelings of being overwhelmed by managing my conditions/medication. The "Medication-Book" is made from my pill packaging - the boxes, the blisters and the information leaflets - which is popped at the beginning of the week and thrown away at the end. All 7 different medications I took at the time were represented. The sound of the pills popping out the blisters increases with each passing day creating an anxiety-filled soundscape.
