Artist statement: I named this digital painting hope in darkness - after decades of being house & at times completely bedbound with the chronic debilitating illness ME it's hard to find hope especially when medics disbelieve you & insinuate it's in your head never mind no known treatment for it. And yet the gentle light of Gods presence is there for me renewing my hope.
